Exchange Policy

• XEXYMIX MALAYSIA will gladly accept unworn, unwashed products with original tags in sellable condition for return within 7 days after receiving the items.
• All top items with the enclosed bra pads should be returned with the bra pads.
• Customers will be responsible for return shipments. and all extra costs are deducted from return values. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise that occurs during return shipping.

※ Non-Returnable Items ※

- Washed, torn, perfumed sprayed, items without tags are not returnable.
- For hygiene purposes, panties are not returnable.

1. You can change only sizes and colors of your selected item(s)
2. Contact us by email (xexymixmalaysia@gmail.com) stating the subject as below with the items you want to get a refund for.
   EX) [EXCHANGE Request] product name
   
3. After receiving a confirmation email from one of our assistants, please send the package to our location as directed.

※ NOTICE ※

Please note that all expenses incurred by not confirming the following matters are borne by the customer.


- Unconfirmed packages won't be available for exchange. Please make sure to send us a return request by email before sending the package.


4. After receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly check the items according to our return policy.
5. Only after we have processed and confirmed your returns, we will contact you.
6. Your new size or new color item for the exchange will be sent to you by shipment.
